Project Overview

A visually-driven narrative that brings the story of the USS Nevada to life through 2D animation and making historical content clear, engaging, and easy to follow.

Our Approach

Starting from a provided script, we conducted additional research to verify facts and ensure visual accuracy. We designed each scene in Illustrator and animated them in After Effects, bringing key moments to life with movement. The project was completed with sound design and music in Premiere Pro to deliver a polished, cohesive final product.

Key Challenges & Solutions

Sourcing historically accurate visual assets was time-consuming. To balance quality with efficiency, we used custom 2D graphics selectively—focusing our efforts where visuals would add the most storytelling value, and relying on existing resources when appropriate without compromising clarity.
